Marshall Meadows Farm

A Little History From Us!

Marshall Meadows has been under the ownership of the Fairbairn family since 1985. Originally a small successful working farm with a small caravan and campsite, it has since evolved into a thriving farming business and destination for static caravans.

Evolution Over Time

The property's history is intertwined with the local landscape, as part of the original caravan site is situated parallel to the East Coast railway. The family's commitment to their customers is evident, with some patrons having been part of the community since before the property was purchased. Over the years, the Fairbairn family has expanded, with both sons marrying and starting families of their own, representing the next generation of the business.

Exclusively Static Caravans

In the early 2000s, the decision was made to diversify and transition exclusively to static caravans. By 2009, the caravan site had grown to accommodate 139 caravans, reflecting the family's dedication to providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for visitors.

What Sets Us Apart

At Marshall Meadows, we take pride in maintaining the values of a small, family-run business. Our commitment to hospitality and the preservation of family values has remained steadfast since the farm's inception. We invite everyone to visit, as our site is always open, and we are readily available to assist. With no need for a clubhouse, our focus is on offering peace, quiet, tranquility, and breathtaking, unspoiled coastal views. Ultimately, we believe that these elements are all you need for a truly memorable and fulfilling experience.
