Affordability

We can cater to most people's budget. We can source new or second-hand caravans and welcome all enquiries. You get can in touch with us by telephone or email to discuss your requirements or pop in when passing, someone is always here and you are sure of a warm welcome!

Open For 11 Months Of The Year

Our site is open for eleven months of the year, closing only for the month of February. 

Pet Friendly

Well-behaved pets are very welcome at Marshall Meadows, please note that dogs are to be kept on leads at all times as we are a working farm and for owners to be responsible for picking up after their dogs to keep our site safe and clean for all its users.

Subletting

We do not permit subletting of caravans on our site, however we do allow you to let your family and close friends stay for free to enjoy Marshall Meadows.

Security

For everyone's security, we operate a barrier entry system at Marshall Meadows.

Gas Bottles and Electricity

Gas bottles are provided by the site at an additional cost. Electric is billed every 4 months. 

Local Decking

We always love to "support local" and proud that deckings here at Marshall Meadows are supplied by a local family run business.  You can visit their Facebook page by CLICKING HERE

Sea Views

Whether you're just relaxing outside, or taking in a beautiful sunrise or sunset, or enjoying watching the dolphins and seals playing off-shore, or marvelling at our vast, clear, star studded skies, your stay at Marshall Meadows will always be a visual delight!

Coastal Walks

Our site boasts two of the UK's most stunning and vibrant walking routes, The King Charles III England Coast Path and the Berwickshire Coastal Path. Please note although you are welcome to walk through our site we do not have the facilities to allow for parking other than our residents.  We recommend you park in the nearby beautiful towns of Berwick-upon-Tweed or Eyemouth depending on your direction of travel.
